Voices of Leadership
Budaraju Sudhakar
Former CHRO, Tata Projects & Tata ChemicalsVijay Amruth Raj and me worked together in Tata Projects Limited for around five years. He was leading the Communications Function for the company. Under his supervision Communication Function supported the Transformation agenda of the company. During that period, I experienced Vijay as a very thoughtful, structured, balanced in his actions. He was very proactive and engaged with different stakeholders to get their buy-in and participation in all the initiatives that were taken up in the communication function. He was persistent, persuasive and participative during implementation phase. He successfully balanced his creativity and ground reality and was very successful in implementing communication strategies that were highly impactful.
